We ship to all EU countries, excluding Malta and Cyprus. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your bag is en route.

Shipping and returns are FREE. Please note that all taxes and duties are prepaid for international orders.

We offer 14-day returns on all purchases — because sometimes love at first sight needs a second look. To return your bag, it must be in the same condition it arrived in: Simply email customercare@barbarasbags.com to initiate a return.
